As an added convenience for students, Colorado State University has partnered with First National Bank to offer the RamCard Plus. The RamCard Plus offers ATM access and the purchasing power of Visa® debit, along with the accessibility of the RamCard.
Your RamCard Plus is a Visa® debit card, not a credit card, so transactions are deducted from your First National Bank checking account. With your RamCard Plus, you'll enjoy benefits like:
- Free Student Checking with no minimum deposit
- An account at First National Bank, the only bank located on campus (on the main level of Lory Student Center behind Sweet Sinsations)
- Unlimited free transactions at any (including six on-campus locations)
ATMs - Free online banking, eStatements, and BillPay
- Free priority alerts that will provide frequent updates on your account activity
Use your RamCard Plus on and off campus. The RamCard Plus features two magnetic stripes. One lets you make purchases from your checking account and the other lets you access your RamCash account, check out library books, and gain admittance into the recreation center, sporting events, and much more.
RamCard Plus also:
- Lets you or your parents deposit money into your checking account through check, wire funds, or transfer from online accounts such as PayPal, etc. or through an online bill payment from another bank account
- Allows you access to educational and informational financial planning seminars on campus throughout the school year
- Gives you the inside track on discounts, contests, and specials only for RamCard Plus cardholders throughout the year on Facebook and Twitter
- Offers the benefits of a student ID and Visa® debit card in one convenient, secure card
