What's a qualifying purchase?
All qualifying signature-based purchases made with a RamCard Plus Debit Card between November 1, 2008 and April 30, 2009 are automatically entered in the RamCard Plus Tuition Sweepstakes. Signature-based purchases do not include account adjustment transactions and returns, cash advances, or international and PIN-based, ATM or business debit card transactions.

Can only First National Bank customers enter to win?
No, you do not need to be a current First National Bank customer or have a RamCard Plus Debit Card to participate in the RamCard Plus Tuition Sweepstakes. To enter without using a RamCard Plus Debit Card, hand print your name, complete mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, and the words "First National Bank – Free Tuition RamCard Plus Tuition Sweepstakes" on a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in a sealed, stamped and hand printed #10 envelope to First National Bank – Free Tuition RamCard Plus Tuition Sweepstakes, 205 W. Oak Street, Fort Collins, CO 80521.

How are winners chosen?
Six grand prize winners will each receive a $5,000 scholarship to Colorado State University (non-CSU students will receive $5,000 cash). One random drawing will be conducted each month beginning December 2008 through May 2009. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or regular mail.
