FAQs

How can I add funds to my student's First National Bank account from my hometown?

There are several ways to do this - send a check for deposit, wire funds, or transfer money from online accounts such as PayPal, etc. One of the more popular methods is to set up a payment through your bank's online bill payment system to your student's account. We can provide all the information you will need to give to your bank to get it set up.

My student has never had a checking account. I'm concerned about overdrafts and other potential problems managing his/her account. Does First National Bank offer any solutions?

As part of First National Bank's agreement with Colorado State University, the bank makes a series of educational seminars available to various departments and organizations on campus. The RamCard Office will post dates and times of these seminars as they become available.

Your student's account comes with free online banking tools that allow account holders to view accounts 24/7, transfer funds, and even set up priority alerts to monitor activity on the account.

I have other banking questions, and I might like to start the account opening process now. Whom should I contact?

You can reach First National Bank at 970-495-9450 or 800-883-8773 and either ask your questions or ask about opening an account. If you live in the north metro Denver area or in northern Colorado, you can simply stop by your nearest branch. A complete list can be found here.
